These segments are used for cutting straight bevel gears and pinions for low speed bevel-gear differential when number of teeth for pinion z1>=9 and for gear z2=13-25. They are manufactured in two types:
1. one-operation (Completing),
2. two-operation, one set of Roughing segments and one set of Finishing segments.
Made of high speed steel (HSS and ASP).

Sets of segments for REVACYCLE 21" cutter heads are designed separately for each straigh bevel gear differential.
If you want to order set of segments for new bevel gear differential please send us following data:
1. pinion drawing,
2. gear drawing,
3. cutting machine number,
4. symbols of feed cams for your generating machine.
In case of ordering sets of segment which are to replace existing Gleason sets please contact our Design Department.
